The Board of Directors consists of representatives from the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities, the Malaysian Timber Industry Board, the Association of Malaysia Bumiputra Timber and Furniture Entrepreneurs (PEKA), Independent Board Members and Corporate Representatives.
