A discussion with the Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) was held at the MTC HQ at Menara PGRM, Tower 1, Kuala Lumpur.
The discussion was aimed at looking for potential collaborations between MTC and CTCS in the comprehensive development of the timber industry particularly Bumiputera entrepreneurs. There are a number of technical assistance, incentives and market opportunities that CTCS vendors are entitled to. Additionally, they will also gain market access through MTC’s organized programs/platforms.
The discussion was attended by the General Manager of CTCS, Mdm. Hamidah Abdullah, the Chief Executive Officer of MTC, Mdm. Noraihan Abdul Rahman, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MTC, Mr. Mokhtar Mohd Yaacob, Senior Director of Market Promotion Division MTC, Mr. Tan Ting Wai, as well as MTC and CTCS staffs. It is hoped that this discussion will benefit all vendors registered under CTCS.
