The General Manager of CTCS, Mdm. Hamidah Abdullah, along with CTCS officers paid a courtesy visit to the office of Dato’ Haslina Abdul Hamid, Chief Executive Officer of Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) and welcomed by Ms. Waffa Wahida Zainol, Manager of Investment and Business Facilitation Division.
This visit was aimed at exploring potential collaborative opportunities between CTCS and LADA, particularly focusing on the development of Bumiputera entrepreneurs in timber. LADA expressed its commitment to support our initiatives.
CTCS will review the areas of collaboration outlined in the MOU between CTCS and LADA. We’ll concentrate on supporting timber entrepreneurs from Langkawi Island, emphasizing ‘Langkawi for Langkawi’.
This visit is expected to pave the way for meaningful partnerships between CTCS and LADA, with the shared objective of enhancing the timber sector and fostering the growth of Bumiputera vendors.
