The inaugural Malaysia Furniture & Furnishings Market (MFFM) 2025 officially opened today. In conjunction with the opening ceremony, CTCS held an awards presentation for the Outdoor Design Competition in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). The competition featured 37 students, with 10 designs selected as finalists.
The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Chan Foong Hin, Deputy Minister of Plantation and Commodities. Following the ceremony, the VVIPs were invited to tour the exhibition, beginning with a visit to the CTCS booth.
This year, the CTCS booth was specially curated by renowned interior designer Dr. Eric Leong, featuring a “Glam Peranakan” hotel theme alongside outdoor furniture manufactured by CTCS vendors.
Through its participation in MFFM 2025, CTCS aims to further promote local products while contributing significantly to the growth of Malaysia’s timber industry.
