Madam Hamidah Abdullah, General Manager of CTCS Worldwide Sdn Bhd, together with CTCS officers, conducted a courtesy visit to Pesaka Timber Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Pharos Berhad (GPB), located in the state of Terengganu. The delegation was warmly received by GPB’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohd Roslan bin Mamat, and the General Manager of Pesaka Timber Berhad, Mr. Hilmi bin Awang.
The visit aimed to gain an overall understanding of the latest developments in the timber industry, as well as to directly observe the operations and sustainable initiatives implemented by Pesaka Timber Berhad.
Throughout the briefing session and company tour, the CTCS team was exposed to the entire operational chain, from production processes to the sustainable management practices adopted, in line with GPB’s commitment to environmental sustainability and the development of the national timber industry.
