The General Manager of CTCS, Mdm. Hamidah Abdullah, along with CTCS officers paid a courtesy visit to UEM Edgenta. Our visit was warmly welcomed by Mr Razman Ismail, Chief People Officer, Mr Ali Baizuri Razali, Manager (Media Relations) – Head of Unit, Mr Mohd Hilmie Mohammad Othman, Manager – Strategic Vendor Management, Mr Mohd Shairul Azni, Head Stakeholders & Industry Management and Ir. Vekneswaran T. Arasappan, Managing Director, Edgenta GreenTech Sdn Bhd – Head, Property & Facility Solutions.
We were invited to tour the Command and Contact Centre at UEM Edgenta. The Command and Contact Centre serves as UEM Edgenta’s central hub for the creation and implementation of loT applications into the realm of facilities and asset management.
This visit was aimed at exploring potential collaborative opportunities between CTCS and UEM Edgenta particularly focusing on the development of Bumiputera entrepreneurs. UEM Edgenta also carries out several initiatives such as Vendor Development Programme (VDP) to develop selected chosen entrepeneurs.
This visit is expected to pave ways for meaningful partnerships between CTCS and UEM with shared objective of enhancing the timber sector and fostering the growth of Bumiputera vendors.
